Aunque pueda sorprender ver unas ruedas de aluminio junto a estos componentes de carbono de máximo nivel tenemos una respuesta: móntalas y verás. Hemos aprovechado la ingeniería utilizada en productos ganadores de Campeonatos del Mundo en el desarrollo de un aluminio totalmente nuevo para estas llantas Control. Para aumentar la durabilidad del nuevo material hemos personalizado nuestro proceso de “shot peening” -en el que se disparan proyectiles metálicos sobre el aluminio para aumentar su resistencia- para satisfacer las demandas precisas de nuestros ciclistas de XC. Por si fuera poco para eliminar los crujidos y reducir el peso se eligen manguitos personalizados para unir cada llanta. El resultado es una rueda de aluminio increíblemente capaz que devora los senderos con los mismos estándares que nuestros componentes de carbono Control SL de gama más alta.
